Love Rules
So beautifully simple:
The SECRET to navigating our interactions with each other.
But it’s something we often forget to do because we are lost in the moment of something we want for ourselves or some hurt we are feeling.
The formula is this:
Looking directly and gently at the person with whom we are interacting, we say:
I would like to take a moment to tell you how I feel about what is happening and then I would like you to tell me what you are feeling.
Following this, it is important to describe OUR feelings... not to assign blame to the other person for them.
(For example, we could start with saying...this feels very scary for me…or I feel very upset...or this is very difficult for me to say.)
If these words are spoken by both individuals with patience and an open heart... and a true intention to share our feelings AND understand the feelings of another…
the Divine Magician will appear on the scene and help both individuals find their way to peace.
LOVE always rules.
